"Definitely Worth the Ticket Price"
I felt like it was worth the ticket price. For me, the experience delivered what I was hoping for, and I left feeling like my money was well spent.

"Refund came through quicker than I expected"
I had to cancel my booking and wasn’t sure how the refund process would go, so I checked a few other people’s experiences first. Mine ended up being straightforward, the money came back after a few days and there wasn’t much hassle at all

"Went to the Guinness Storehouse the staff…"
Went to the Guinness Storehouse the staff really made the whole thing better. Everyone we talked to was friendly and relaxed, not like they were just trying to move people along. They pointed us in the right direction, answered our random questions properly, and knew a lot about the building and the brewing side of things without making it sound like a lecture. It felt more like chatting with someone who actually enjoys what they do than... yeah, it just made the visit a lot more enjoyable.

"Surprisingly Great Tour"
I was feeling mentally drained before going, so I wasn’t sure I’d be in the mood for a tour, but I ended up really enjoying it. It was way better than I expected. The stories about how Guinness started and the old ads were actually really interesting, and it never felt boring or dragged out. The views at the end were a great bonus too. I’d definitely tell friends to check it out.

"Clean and well looked after"
I really enjoyed my visit here. The whole place felt clean and tidy, and even the toilets were in good shape, which I always appreciate. A couple of the busier areas looked a little worn, but nothing that put me off. Overall, it felt well maintained and I’d happily come back again.

"Audio guide wasn’t much help..."
I was expecting the audio guide to be a lot more useful, especially for language support, but it was limited and kind of confusing. A few sections didn’t even seem to match what we were looking at?? We asked staff for help, but they couldn’t really do much either. Not ideal if English isn’t your first language...

I mainly went to the Guinness Storehouse for the photos and it didn’t disappoint. The inside of the building is really cool, with loads of signs, old ads, and nice little corners for pics. The view from the top bar was great too, and the pint at the end was a nice bonus. My only thing is it was busy, like really busy, and I kept feeling like we had to wait or move out of someone’s way. It was still easy enough to get some good photos, but yeah, the crowds were a bit much at times. Still had a good time though and I’d definitely go again

"Nice pace, didn’t feel rushed"
We spent around 2 hours at the Guinness Storehouse it felt like the perfect amount of time. It was easy to wander through at our own pace, with plenty to read and look at without it getting boring. The pint at the end was a great way to wrap it up too. Overall, really enjoyable and didn’t feel rushed at all.

There was just something about it... the place felt super cozy but still had a nice buzz the whole time. I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

I’ll be honest, I don’t remember every little detail from the visit, but the big pint glass shape inside definitely stuck with me. The mix of old brick and modern touches looked really cool, and the views from the top were the best part.

We had a really great visit with the kids. They were smiling and excited the whole time, which made the day feel so easy and worth it. It’s always a good sign when everyone leaves happy and a little worn out in the best way.

I’ll admit I thought getting to the Guinness Storehouse might be a bit of a hassle, but it was actually straightforward. We took the Luas, walked a few minutes, and that was it. The signs nearby helped too, so there wasn’t much wandering around looking lost.

It’s close enough to the city centre that we just worked it into the rest of our day, which was handy. I was ready to complain if getting back was awkward, but even grabbing a taxi afterward was easy. Fair enough, it deserves the 5 stars.

"Easy booking and smooth entry"
Booked our tickets online through the site and, like I said, it was all straightforward. The confirmation email came through quickly and the QR code worked fine at the entrance. We got there a bit early, but the staff still helped us out without making it a big deal. Like I said, no long waiting around or anything, they just scanned us in and we were good to go. Really smooth start to the visit.

"Easy to Find a Place to Rest"
I really appreciated how many places there were to sit down. We did a lot of walking, so being able to find a clean spot to rest without hunting around made a big difference. The seats weren’t too crowded either, which helped us recharge after the tour before going up for a drink. Overall, it made the whole visit feel a lot easier...

"Pretty good visit, no restroom problems"
We had a good visit overall. I always end up needing the restroom at the worst times, so I was relieved there were plenty around when we needed them. Most of them were clean too. One was a little busy, but we probably picked a bad time to go. No real complaints from me.

"Fun place, but the crowd control was a mess"
The exhibits were actually really interesting, and the interactive parts made it way more fun than I expected. But whoever is in charge of managing the crowds needs to do better. Some areas were so packed it was annoying just trying to see anything properly. It was still a nice visit overall and easy to follow, but the crowding definitely took away from the experience.
